CAREER
Yasemin graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2015 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2016. In 2018, she had her master’s degree in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University, in the City of New York. She worked as a legal consultant in New York over a year and was admitted to the New York State Bar Association in 2020.
Prior to joining Inal in 2021, Yasemin worked for the competition law department of a first-tier law firm. Throughout her career, she has represented various multinational and national companies on mergers and acquisitions, incorporation of joint ventures, preliminary investigations and investigations before the Turkish Competition Authority.
Yasemin focuses on all aspects of the competition law, compliance, contracts, corporate and commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions.
